In our outplacement programs, you will work intensively with your consultant in one-on-one meetings for the first 4-8 weeks. As soon as your objective and positioning have been worked out, a researcher completes the consulting team. Together with the consultant you brief your researcher with regard to the target position, the target market and the hierarchical levels of the decision-makers. The jobsearcher starts the search and will coordinate further activities closely with you and your consultant.
At the beginning, you should therefore bring time for one or two consulting appointments per week. Through intensive preparation we want to position you optimally and keep the time until you enter the open and hidden job market as short as possible. Later, when we prepare you for interviews and optimise the ongoing labour market campaign, you will be in frequent contact with your researcher and need less time with your outplacement consultant.
In an initial, non-binding meeting to get to know each other, you will have the opportunity to learn more about KARENT, our consulting approach and your personal prospects of success. We will advise you on the most suitable programme for you and, if necessary, on how to negotiate with your employer in order to have the costs covered.
