Outplacement-Consultant for the locations Leipzig and Dresden
who provides qualified consulting work with empathy and works for us on a freelance basis on approx. two to three days per week.
Prerequisites for a high acceptance by decision makers and clients are an academic education and many years of management experience in industry, trade or service companies. You will get to know the specialist and company-specific instruments in an intensive induction phase. You should live close to one of our consulting offices.

As a Research Assistant (m/f) you are the contact person for our demanding clients. The consulting process for our clients provides that our clients are supported in the first 4-6 weeks in individual coaching sessions by an experienced outplacement consultant.
Once the client's profile and objectives have been established after 4-6 weeks, you will join the team as a Research Assistant and search for vacancies for the client in the open and hidden job market. You will carry out database searches, research the decision-makers who are important for the client and prepare the approach to these decision-makers for the client or carry this out for the client. You will use internal and external databases and will be in contact with your clients by email and telephone.
You will fit in with us if you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in the commercial or secretarial field or a commercial university degree. You are proficient in Word and Excel as well as in German. You have a confident manner both in person and on the telephone, and you are not afraid of dealing with demanding clients or the high calibre executives you will be supporting.
Ideally, you are available for full-time (40h), but at least for 25h per week. The remuneration in Frankfurt is based on the bank tariff. (pay scale group 5-6)
